Oaken was founded by Matthew Bradley and Ian McTaggart. Matthew and Ian built the firm with the shared belief that the injured deserve serious and uncompromising representation. Matthew’s background as a former defense trial attorney gives the firm firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate and challenge claims. Ian’s experience brings a practical understanding of the importance of client communication, proper case development, and the trust injured people place in their lawyers during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Together, they built Oaken to be a firm that prepares every case with discipline, strategy, and purpose.
