A former U.S. Army officer, he brings discipline, preparation, and trial-ready strategy to Oaken Injury Law, ensuring every client receives focused representation from day one.
Ian has spent over a decade in personal injury law, personally counseling more than 20,000 accident victims. Through that work, he has evaluated nearly every type of personal injury claim and learned what injured people need most: clear answers, direct attorney access, and strategic guidance from day one.
